• If the project booking is cancelled within the time frame specified by the developer
• If the project is cancelled or not approved by the relevant authorities
• If there is a duplicate or excess payment made by the customer

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after booking confirmation
• Failure to complete payment as per agreed schedule
• Any charges marked as non-refundable by the developer or builder

4. Processing Time

Eligible refunds, if approved, are typically processed within 7–30 working days, depending on the developer’s policy and payment method.
